[Identified] Our CDMA Network provider has identified issues with their system which is causing a delay with account/service changes. (Such as activating new lines, enabling/disabling features) CDMA network cellular usage should remain unaffected and GSM services are not impacted. [Investigating] The network switches that supply internet to 114 and 100 Stadium Road are currently unreachable. This outage will impact internet service (both wired and wireless) to those two buildings. A tech has been dispatched for an initial diagnosis and repair.

[Investigating] Our on-site technicians are still working to resolve the issue affecting these two buildings. There is no ETA at this time but we will provide updates as we know more.

[Investigating] Our technicians have reached out to Woodrow Apartments' property management to provide us access to necessary fiber equipment on-site. We will supply further updates as more information is made available.

[Investigating] Ting techs are currently unable to access the room that contains our network switching equipment. As of now the estimated time of repair is Monday morning. We will continue to update this page with details if and when more become available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this ongoing outage.
