[Identified] We have seen further issues today with the phone systems after the maintenance performed this weekend. Cedar Networks technicians will be performing emergency maintenance of the voice phone systems tonight. We have scheduled a maintenance window on Monday July 20th from 11pm-1am MDT to address the issue. We will provide a further update after we have monitored the updates in the morning. [Identified] We're continuing to work with our upstream provider to fully restore our trunks. We will be performing emergency maintenance on affected equipment this evening as well, in hopes of restoring full service as quickly as possible.

[Investigating] For our Cedar Networks customers , we are experiencing voice issues with some providers being unable to place calls to our subscribers. Therefore incoming calling are not working consistently (outgoing is unaffected). We are currently investigating this with our provider to isolate the issue further, and appreciate your patience while we work on the problem.
