[Identified] Ting engineers have identified a downed fiber line in upper Belmont. Repairs are underway, with an estimated completion time of around 2 hours.

[Investigating] We are investigating an outage affecting a number of homes in the upper Belmont area of Charlottesville. A cluster of addresses dropped offline early this morning, possibly due to a fiber line cut. Ting engineers are working to determine the source of the issue and a repair ETA.
