[Identified] Our Network Operations team has identified the potential cause for this partial outage and are working on a fix. There is no firm ETR but they hope to have to corrected within the hour, if not sooner.

[Investigating] Ting Support is aware of a number of customers within Fuquay-Varina currently experiencing service outages. We are actively investigating the issue, and will post updates as they become available.

[Investigating] Our Network Operations team has been made aware of an issue causing degraded performance for our North Carolina customers. This will result in reduced speeds in Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, and Wake Forest for the time being. On December 3rd at 8:00 PM MT to 12:00 AM MT Cedar Internet engineers will be performing maintenance on our network in Glenwood Springs, Co. During the maintenance window, some customers may be disconnected from the internet for up to 2 hours, after which connectivity will be restored automatically.
