[Identified] We have identified an issue with our GSM provider which is preventing some customers from accessing cellular data. In some cases, Voice and SMS service may also be affected. [Identified] The root cause of this issue has been identified, and the process is underway to replace faulty equipment. This is a failure with part of the infrastructure that provides DNS to cedar customers. One valid workaround for anyone seeing the issue is to update your DNS resolver to another provider's, such as Cloudflare or Google DNS. This will route around the problem within Cedar's network and should restore full functionality immediately while a fix is underway on our side.
