Description

On April 10th from 5:00 AM EDT until 6:00 AM EDT, Ting Internet Network Engineers will be performing maintenance on part of our network in Fuquay-Varina. During the maintenance window, our Network Engineering team will be updating software on some of our networking equipment. The maintenance isn't expected to impact our service in any way, but the nature of the software upgrades are such that there is a small risk of impact if there are any problems during the process.
