[Identified] We have been made aware of an issue with our password reset tool that is keeping customers from being able to submit their new password after following the link in the password reset email. We are currently working on fixing the issue and we can still set a temporary password for you if you call us at 1-855-846-4389.

Description

On March 2nd, 2021 Ting Internet network engineers will apply a firmware update to some customers' ONT during a maintenance window. The maintenance window will be from 1:00 AM EST until 6:00 AM EST. During the maintenance window, affected customers may be disconnected from the internet for 5-10 minutes while their hardware reboots to apply the update. After the reboot, internet access will resume automatically.
